For smooth lips wrap a make up wipe around your finger, and gently scrub dry chapped skin from your lips. Once all the dry skin is removed, apply a lip balm to lock in moisture and keep lips looking soft and supple.

try including an all natural lip balm like SanRe Organic Skinfood’s Chocolate Kiss lip balm, ( http://www.sanreorganic.com/catalog/index.php/lip-balms.html ) it has natural essential oils and vitamin e that help soothe and heal. It was rated by the Environmental Working Group (ewg.org) as one of the best Lip Balms with SPF. Avoid using products with added chemicals, check the ingredients list, if it has anything with petrol-anything in it, you should avoid it. Check the products that you use against the cosmetics database and see for yourself what potentially harmful chemicals you may be adding to your body.
