Pregnant Beyonce looking absolutely stunning on the cover of Bazaar. Big caramel hair, smoky eye makeup, and flawless skin. Typical Beyonce, and it works every time.

The New York shows kicked off the Spring 2012 season, and the front rows were occupied by many celebs. Lea Michele looked gorgeous in Alexander Wang, even Taylor Swift looked very pretty at Rodarte. London Fashion Week begins tomorrow!

Beyonce brought down the house last night at the VMA’s. Not even her pregnancy could get in the way, of what was by far the most spectacular performance of the night. She looked stunning during the arrivals also. As usual Beyonce gets my vote!
Who do you think looked the best at the VMA's?

Beyoncé’s spread in the new issue of W magazine, and the promo images for the album are fantastic. I’m especially loving the bleached brows and smouldering eyes. Today June 28, is the official release date of Beyoncé’s latest album ’4′.

The July music edition of Dazed & Confused magazine features my favourite–Beyoncé, and she looks fantastic. The trailer park themed shoot features a very blonde haired, and electric blue liner wearing version of the songstress. Throughout the spread look for custom made outfits from Tom Ford, Riccardo Tisci, Gareth Pugh, Haider Ackermann, Stefano Pilati and Marc Jacobs.
Incase you haven’t heard, her entire latest album “4″ was leaked on the net last week. The official release date is June 28.

Sunday’s Billboard awards were pretty entertaining. I am very happy to see Beyonce back at it and looking amazing doing it. The blonde hair, naturally full brows and chocolate brown smoky eyes were flawless. I loved Rihanna’s watermelon glossy lip colour, it looked very fresh and pretty. Fergie went with very strong black eyes, which I feel like I haven’t seen her wear in a while. A very well put together Britney Spears was nice to see. Glossy hair, smoky eyes with lots of lashes, and a soft pink lip was the perfect look for her.

Make up artist Billy B is the man behind Lady Gaga’s infamous looks. His level of creativity is obviously outstanding. His make ups are complex, clean, and precise. I watched Billy B do a master class years ago. Back then he was creating the make up looks for Missy Elliott’s videos (super cool fantasy type of looks) So much so, that he told us he was being labelled as the music video guy who did over the top makeup. At that time it was hard for him to get hired for a straight beauty story in a magazine. Clearly that is not the case anymore. Billy B’s gorgeous beauty make up’s have been published in Elle UK, Bazaar, and French to name a few. This is a man of many talents.

As I’ve mentioned before I’m a quite intrigued by tattoos. Though I don’t have any myself, for a variety of reasons, one of which is the permanence of a tattoo would not work for someone who constantly changes their mind.
Beyonce’s clothing line-House of Dereon has partnered with airbrush company Temptu to create a temporary tattoo line. The designs are quite ornate featuring The House of Dereon fleur icon, rocker bolts and chains, jewels, and spider designs. Unlike most temporary tats these are waterproof, and are meant to last up to 5 days.
When they launch November 1st there will be two kits available to purchase- basic and deluxe. Both include 8 tattoos with the necessary application pads. The deluxe kit has a signed photo of Bey and a chance to win a trip to NYC.
The kits will be available at Sephora in store and, online as well as on dereon.com and temptu.com.

James Kaliardos is amazingly creative. Make up artist, theatre owner, co-founder of V magazine, creative consultant to Loreal Paris. Covers of the best publications show Kaliardos’ work- Vogue, W, and Allure. His make up direction can be seen at shows such as Rodarte, DVF, and Matthew Williamson. A-listers like Beyonce, Madonna, and Angelina Jolie have all been made up by Kaliardos. What I especially admire about Kaliardos besides his brilliant talent, is his cool, calm, collected nature backstage. It’s like a breath of fresh air!

The Grammys last night were a star studded event. So many fantastic moments on the red carpet, and on stage. We narrowed it down to five of the overall best. The one shoulder, feather dress worn by Lea Michele was adorable on her. She’s really turning into quite the red carpet show stopper. The low key, fresh faced look Ciara chose showed off her naturally pretty features. The glossy nude lip and sleek ponytail really worked. Always with the golden glow, smoky eyes, and nude lips-Jennifer Lopez. It must be said that she made our list based on her make up and hair, not the dress. Her dress was a mistake. Katy Perry was gorgeous in her backless number. The bright pink lip was an excellent choice. Beyonce looked stunning as usual. Loved the gold Armani Prive dress, and the blonde hair just looks so lovely with her skin tone. I also enjoyed her structured eye make up that enhanced he almond eyes. Plus she set a record by taking home 6 Grammys! A pretty spectacular evening for Mrs. Beyonce Knowles-Carter.

This award season we saw Hollywood glamour at its best. The most important trends were front and centre: flawless skin, long lashes, defined eyes, and although the red lip made a cameo, the neutral lip ruled the red carpet. Red carpet make up focuses on making women look beautiful by accentuating their best features. There are three classic make up looks: neutral eyes neutral lips-seen on Kate, Eva, Angelina, Beyonce, and Jennifer. Neutral eye bold lips-seen on Christina, and smoky eye neutral lip-seen on Sarah Jessica, Freida, and Natalie.
