This weekends EMA’s were hosted by the very cute Selena Gomez who looked adorable on the red carpet. Models Irina Shayk, and Bar Refaeli looked gorgeous with their hair swept off their faces flaunting glowy skin, nude lips, and smoky liner. Hayden Panettiere wore a similar look, though I wasn’t keen on her tight curly hair. Jessie J’s red lips and defined black liner was a winning combination with her gold leopard print dress.

Discovered at the young age of 13 Barbara Palvin, now 18, still has the cutest young looking face, but those penetrating eyes have a maturity to them. She has been modeling in top fashion magazines like Vogue, L’Official, and walked down the catwalk for Prada, Louis, Christopher Kane, and Chanel to name a few. Currently ranked #47 on models.com she is a rising star that is sure to move up quite swiftly.

Beautiful Sigrid Agren is from the island of Martinique. At the young age of 13 she was a finalist in the Elite Model Look competition, she then went on to win the French semi finals in Paris. Not hard to imagine. Her face is absolutely gorgeous, and at the same time really unique. Despite all of this, Agren didn’t really hit the fashion scene until much later in 2008. Now with a slew of runway shows, editorials, campaigns and magazine covers she holds the #14 spot on Models.com.

Liquid liner is a make up artist staple, and this Spring it showed up on the runway in a variety of forms. Dior kept it classic extending the line past the outer corner of the eye. The look at Cavalli was similar but the line is thicker and more exaggerated giving it a tougher look. Chalayan, Lagerfeld, and Oscar framed the eye by lining all the way around. I like liner on the top and bottom, it brings a lot of intensity to the eyes. Valentino’s liquid liner lids make the strongest statement, especially against an almost bare face.

I first met Alla Kostromicheva this season in London at Christopher Kane. I did her make up again the next day at Jonathan Saunders, I thought to myself I like this girl she’s down to earth, easy to chat with and most importantly has striking features. She’s walked a ton of runways for Spring 2010 from Alexander Wang in New York to Balenciaga just yesterday in Paris. Alla’s pictures in the latest issue of 10 magazine are nothing short of amazing-she is for sure my model of the moment.

The International Collections next stop after London is Milan. Italy never disappoints. You are guaranteed to get smoking hot girls storming down the runway. The exact ingredients for such a look are simple: flawless skin, precisely groomed brows, sultry eyes, and plump lips. All the major Italian fashion houses seemed to cook up this concoction of make up, though the end results varied the theme was the same… STUNNING. Milan ended on Tuesday, it’s time to say bonjour to Paris.

Personally I am really addicted to lip gloss. I never put on lipstick without putting gloss on top, and most of the time I just wear gloss alone and lots of it. As I perused the collections for AW ’09 I noticed most lips were missing that high shine look. The look was not super matte either more like a soft satin sheen. This is quite simple to achieve-use a little concealer on your ring finger dab your lips to mute your natural colour. Then simply apply your favourite lip balm on top to give subtle sheen. Or apply your lip balm on top of any lipstick or lip pencil instead of gloss, and you just updated your look to Fall 2009.

I discovered Crealine while working in Paris during Fashion Week. Models tend to have sensitive skin, especially by the time they get to Paris having done Milan, London, and New York. Anything that touches their skin has to be extremely gentle. This make-up remover and cleansing solution is so mild it won’t irritate even the most sensitive skin and the cucumber extract leaves the skin feel soothed. It’s non foaming, and soap free, and can be applied to a cotton pad for fast make up removal.
